| Senior Member | Full guide I know everyone seems to like the full length guide rod on the 1911. However, I seem to recall Mr. John Browning didn't use it so that the gun could be reloaded with one hand if necessary in combat. I personally like this feature and is one reason that I have never altered my series 70. What say you?:target: |
