Failure to feed woes?? NO MORE!!!

It is official,

Militech-1 is the stuff!

I had a problem with the Beretta 9mm failing to feed every 3rd to 5th shell last fall. Well I cleaned the devil out of it. Then last week i stripped the gun down and used Militech and cleaned it again.

Today, I was out in da yooper woods with a friend at his hunting camp, choppin wood. We also brought a few toys to play after the work was done.

I fired the 1st 10 shots as fast as I could pull the trigger, no ftf.
I fired the second clip a little slower but fast anyway, no ftf.
I fired the 3rd clip of ammo from about 15 - 20 yds and got a 10 shot group of about 5 inches high by 3 inches wide and no ftf!!

It appears that not cleaning the gun was part of the problem in the 1st place, but the gun was so silky smooth when racked and performed flawlessly today.

So I stripped it down again tonight and gave it a good once over. I also used the stuff in the 12 ga. semi auto shotgun and that baby racks as good, or better n ever.

It is Militech-1 for me from now on in every gun and especially a new gun right outta the box!!

i always say if you shoot it clean it or the next time you need it it won't work.unless you have an ak47 then it's ok to let it get dirty every so often. a dirty gun is a unsure gun and it could get you killed ifin it don't work when you need it to.

DL, have you got a site link for it? I wouldn't mind trying it.

Why not, all the cool kids are doing it

Glad to hear your problem is solved Sniper, that's gotta feel good. I'm waiting to inherit my Dad's Beretta. No time soon I hope.

I hope it is a long wait jerry!

I got my Garand that way, and I wish he still had it. More than that, money was real tight when I was unemployed after moving up here and I had a buyer for that and only that gun, so it went. Gotta pay the bills and feed the kids.

I would have sold any other gun 1st, but no avail and no where near as much money.

I know Dad would understand as he once traded his Korean bring back Mosin nagant for a guitar for me......

I know about cleaning a gun, especially an auto and I felt real sheepish about relating the story. That is also why I want a wheel gun for home defense. Though an AK has a real good shmit yer pants factor when you pull it out on an intruder....
