Well, I must first tell you that I am NO smithy, but I'm VERY mechanically inclined. I have about 75% confidence that it will work. I found the conversion here:

I left a message on that board, but the last time the guy posted was in 2008. He never said if it works or not, but if you navigate to the photobucket page, you can see a few shots of it (most importantly of the mag well he touched up with the good ol' rotary tool). Take a look, as I have read enough of your posts that I know you know more intimately what to look for. How confident are you? I plan to get the trigger group worked on anyway, which is part of the conversion...
