What is a pre-ban Beretta pistol??? Even a brand spanking new Beretta will handle the pre-ban hi-cap Beretta magazines which hold and fire the 15 round mags just fine. That isn't a legal problem where I live. I think you're referring to magazines. Correct me if I'm wrong but as a long-time Beretta owner a "pre-ban Beretta pistol" is something I've never heard of it being referred to as.
