I've heard that the G2 can't match the old contender's trigger. How much "worse" is the G2? Is it still better than the average off the shelf revolver? |

Who told you that? Maybe out of the box it's not as perfect, but they are also a lot less expensive then they used to be. The one's I've gotten in all are very crisp and range about 4 to 4.5 lbs.

The G2 has a lot more refinement or the old Contenders. Though not adjustable it is easily slicked up to a good trigger.

I'm not so sure about the G2's trigger being non-adjustable. When I bought mine, the guy I bought it from adjusted the pull weight to about 1.5 lbs., and it really helped me shoot better. DAL |
