Hello All, Have a question to run by you. I recently bought a Savage .17 cal., it does not have a "accutrigger". Where can I order one from, as I have looked but have found none retail? Read alot of articles but none about sales. Thanks in advance, Scott "TheRoofer" Last edited by TheRoofer; 08-12-2004 at 08:20 AM. |

1. The accutrigger cannot be retrofitted to an older model. 2. The accutrigger is only used on their centerfire rifles. 3. The good news, Rifle Basix makes a trigger for Savage rimfires(Midway,Brownells, and Sinclair have them)

If you take off the stock you will see it has a set screw. You could adjust it that way. I did mine that way, and lock tighted the screw so it wouldn't back out. And it has a nice trigger now. But it is at your own risk, and I am pretty sure it voids the warrenty. What ever you think is best.... |

He backed the screw off completely and 5lbs was all he could get! Am looking to get about 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 lbs. I think I found the trigger I'm looking for, due to the company links that "Dave375hh" suggested. Thank you both very much for your help.
