| New Magazine Source i have seen ads for Taiwan made, surplus magazines. these were made for their military, in Taiwan on US machinery that they received for making indiginous copys of the M-14. they are priced between the commercial crap and USGI. any one have experience with these??? my thought being good magazines for practice and saving the USGI for serious stuff. |

| I have several and find no differance from USGI. Fit is the same, feel is the same only difference is the price, 'bout $20-25.

| I bought one of the Taiwanese mags at a gun show a couple of weeks ago. It's parkerized, looks and feels like a USGI mag. I haven't tried it. The price was $19.95. I plan to put a slot in it for my AR10. With the slot mod, I can use the mag in both M1As and AR10s. I will try it this weekend and let you know how it works. Indy |
