I take it that this is your Boy Scout troop. It looks like a well run troop, did you make the website? It looks like you teach the boys rifles and shotgun. Good Job. Assistant Scout Master 9 years, father of two Eagle Scouts. I'm impressed, 9 years in the troop. Your two sons achieving Eagle Scout. I believe that that is a direct reflection on your commitment to your boys. |

That's our troop. Not involved with web content. In years past so mahy of my photos were used in troop recruitment. Now there's this new fandangled thing called a web site. I was on Boundry Waters 2003, 3 crews on that trip. Can't wait to go back. On San Marcus river trip pic I'm the big ol boy on left(picture only) in brwn long sleeve T and boonie hat. I teach canoeing, shooting, camping and orientation. Canoeing and orienteering are the most fun. Adults get the most perplexed when you get them "lost". It's great when a scout says, "oh?". "That's what those squiggly lines mean". Will get back with a story or two later. Oneastrix, I come and go.

Welcome Tenable! Are you still involved in scouts? I am my son's den leader (wolf). I have found that it is a remarkable program that brings like-minded people together to teach their boys how to be proper citizens. Scouts allow boys to be boys and teach them the skills of life. |

Yes I am still a registered member of the Boy Scouts of America and intend to hopefully become an Assistant Scoutmaster shortly.
