Tapco T28 / Swat Mount

CETME owners, I purchased a T28 scope and SWAT mount from TAPCO for my CETME about 5 months ago. I have been really pleased with both, just thought I'd let you guys know if you want a decent scope and mount, its a great deal for the $120 package price.

Ok guys i dont know if this works yet (am gonna try it soon) but i am going to try using a scope mount for an Airsoft G3. My buddies play airsoft on the weekends and they use real metal guns that look like the real thing (not the crap plastic you get at Oshmans or Modell's) Try UNCOMPANY.COM or www.poweredgeusa.com i assure you that the scope mounts are ALL METAL usually aluminum, and the best part is that they are dirt cheap ($25-30 bucks) I have one now but my CETME is still on lawaway. Anyway if it works it will save me 60-100 bucks or more

Willy, don't be surprised if those AirSoft mounts turn out to be a waste of some money. Keep in mind that they are only designed to take the force of the airsoft gun umping, which is a far cry from 7.62 NATO's kick.

Metal is good, and aluminum tells you more, but if it's soft, cheaply cast aluminum, which, at that price range it almost certainly must be, then it won't take much force to work it loose. Even the best aluminum alloy is quite soft in comparison to stronger alloys. Worst case scenario: the mount looks like aluminum, but is Zinc based, super soft and brittle at the same time.

Therefore, there must be a finite number of inhabited worlds. Any finite number divided by infinity is as near to nothing as makes no odds, so the average population of the Universe can be said to be zero. From this it follows that any people you meet from time to time are merely the product of a deranged imagination.
