| Any of y'all have any kin or friends in Iraq/Afgh??
Hello all, I have a brother, my only surviving one, in the heart of Baghdad. He camps on the grounds but eats in Sadam's old Presidential Palace. Every time I hear that someone has been killed over their my gut tightens and I say a little prayer for him. I am sure it is the same for y'all who have kin or friends over there. So I include them in my prayers as well. Sincerely, Pistolero Millbrook, Al. |

It all has to end somewhere sometime. Both the war and life in general. Just one day at a time. If you do know somebody over there, make sure they know you care. If you don't, there's a lot of sites online where you can get mailing addresses and names of people who may not get much mail. While we fight for the rights of people to be free, let's not forget the individual men and women doing the fighting. |

I have a friend younger than I whose husband drives executive vehicles over there. They have a young son who was born shortly before they were married. I say a prayer for them whenever I remember them.

I don't know anyone there currently, but a guy called me from Iraq who was stationed there, coming home and had a flight from where his Military plane came in to another location, I broke about 3 rules, and me being an Airline employee, I moved him to the flight he desired at no charge, I may not have a job tommorow, but I don't really care either Did my good deed I suppose. I pray for everyone over there, and everyone who will be. |

Pistolero, I believe all of us here would like nothing better than all of our Warriors to come home safe and sound. Texas1st, I am sorry about your loss. Incucrush, Its good to hear some of our people still respect our military.
