Has any one had trouble with the front sight blade flying off the wepon when shooting? Thanks

You might check earlier post by Yodar (4/25/2002), he had the same problem with the sight flying off. I haven't had a problem with the front sight on my GKK 45.

Yes this happens from time to time. The best repair is a double stud or better yet douvetail it.
