fixed another makerov

It has something I had never seen.
on the inside side of the safety there is a machined tit coming out, This machined pin was broken off.
evidently the guy that had originally bought the gun new
(ij-70) had had this problem from the first day
he had engaged the safety and them pulled the slide back hard enough to break the tit on the safety lever.(didnt know the safety locked the slide as well)
He then proceeded to shoot said broken gun many times
I replaced the broken part (had it in stock
