Worst manufacturer?

Inspired by what I first thought the thread was on manufacturer's websites, how about who you think the worst manufacturer is of guns? No poll here, just type the name.

And if you say Hesse/Vulcan like me, how about a second worst as well?

lorcin - they have tarnished the name of good gun makers since they are the key choice of most criminals

I'm thinkin pretty hard on this one, but I might have to say Smith and Wesson as the second worst (the modern version only, of course) for continuing to put out the extremely lousy Sigma pistols. They cave in to the antis, then fail to even put a manual safety on their Sigmas, while their trigger safety is miserable. Everything I've read is that they're jamomatics, and I have yet to see one where the front of the frame wasn't bent.

I've also read of breakages of their low end 22 pistols, which are also ugly as sin.

Since Lorcin has already been mentioned, I'll say Davis - I have yet to see one that will operate as it is supposed to. Makes a fairly decent paperweight.

Not happy with Colt being unsupportave as a civilian gun manufacturer.

RUGER SUCKS MOSE Weenie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I dont let myt ruger super red hawk in the same gun safe as my high points OR JENNINGS out of fear it will contamante them!!!

OK to be fair...I just have had problems with that 1 ruger pistol....and when I found out that the problem was the Steel they used in the 454 cas cylenders expanding too much ....and they knew it was a problem and did not fix it...resulting in the brass of high power loads (factory or home made).....sticking so bad you have to beat on the ejector rod...and being told to use light loads to avoid the problem...welp I have a big chip on m shoulder.

I dod have a jennings J-22...something I picked up along the way...I cant rember how it shot...been years since I played with it....just know it was better made than my ruger

raven/jennings/davis/lorcin are all the same people in ontario California. they just keep changeing the name

RG was bad
arminous was bad
highpoint............well I dont like them..........

I guess I am a believer in machined steel
I hate cast zink aluminum alloy striker fired pistols
they are junk
the arminous revolver looks like a wad of clay with a barrel stuck in it and a cylinder in the middle.

it is easy to comizerate about crrrr ap pistols
yet I can Remember being in a gun fight with out a gun
I would have gladly had Any of these guns that night.
I was luck to live through that
not everybody did.

even though i dont like the firearms I mentioned above
i still like them a little bit
anything that shoots has some degree of coolness.
and must always be respected.

I was merely looking into it. Then folks here and on Gunsnet told their stories. And I inspected a few in person. The Steyr Kicks its arse (and the arse of guns I still consider good).

Cobra Patriot 45 acp semi pistol. Even after sending it back to Cobra for repair (twice), I never could get to shoot more than 5 or 6 round in a row without it jamming. Once disassembled, It was also difficult to reassemble; the parts didn't seem to fit right.
I was glad to get rid of it at a gun show!

WALTHER...................I have had nothing but problems with there P-22, G-22 and the P-99QA. Walther had turned to crap ever since they teamed up with S&W. No offence to you S&W fans. Sure they have a lifetime warranty, but how many times a years should you have to send it back in. Each firearms has been sent back to Walther a total of three time a piece, beside the P-99 which has been sent only two times. CRAP CRAP CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't you tell I' m fed up???????
