| The armour on the Abrahms is depleeted uranium, the M-16 shoots a .223 (they tend to bounce off). The fusalage is armoured, as is the turbine engine. Leaving the only other volnerable spots to be the battery well and the tracks. The well has a 5/8" steel sheild covering it (aside from the fact that it is situated on top or the tank). Theoretically you could bust track with a well placed shot , but you would have to hit a linkage bolt (good luck), and that would only disable the beast. Anyway the Army tens to shy away from blowing there tanks up, they usually use older tank shells from bygone eras, and you'll never see an M-16 shoot on those ranges.
