Tooling would cost more than you buying the pellets out right.

hey jerky,
making your pellets can be mighty harmfull (fire, hot lead) even deadly ( lead vapor),
not to mention costly (need to buy a cast, lead, heat

) and time consuming,
so I reccomend against it.

buying in bulk is cheaper/safer/easier
