C&R dealers

I have been looking for decent C&R dealers online. I have found several lists and have found the sites below. I have only used one of them so far, so I am not too familiar with all the sites out there. What sites have been good for y'all? What others should be added? This may need to become a "sticky" eventually.

Thumbs up

I've had very good dealings with AIM, SOG and InterOrdnance.
I haven't used the others yet.

That is where I got most of those I listed and made some contacts that led to purchases already. Some of the links on that page are dead. Some of the "dealers" are small timers who have a very limited selection. I left off the dead links and the dealers that I was not impressed with, judging by what I saw on their web sites. I was hoping to find more.

I haven't been in this for long but AIM is good. Dennis Kroh of empirearms is also very good - things turn out to be the exact way as he describes & there are no nasty surprises (read SOG - I've heard of people getting hosed pretty bad by them but others swear by them so it's up to chance).

I've heard they're slow but okay - I've ordered a 1916 Spanish Mauser from them thru the website but don't know when they will ship it yet.

Samco sure is sloooow. I placed the order Friday. I was asked to call back today to verify the order and did. They have all the paperwork in order on my end. They will not be shipping until the beginning of next week.

Even with the "bad" photo, it looks good, Joe. Did it come with the sling, or did you have to buy one? I have seen slings on ebay, and haven't seen them in stores anywhere. http://stores.ebay.com/C-R-Supply_W0...eNameZl2QQtZkm Anyone seen a better price?

Sling and pouch with cleaning accessories came with it. TAPCO should have slings for around $4.99...........

You gotta look amongst everything they have. There is no C&R area, but there are a few pieces that qualify. Not well organized.

Warbirds isn't too far from me...almost bought something from them off gunbroker but found it much cheaper elsewhere.
