| Super Moderator ![]() | Vector HK Clones I've noticed Vector Arms again as they've announced that they'll offer 40 caliber MP5 variants for relatively affordable prices (sub-1500 I think.) whereas ORF's will run in the several thousands. While I stick to standardized guns and mags for most rounds, I must say I'm tempted to make the 40 my luxury round for which I'll buy a non-standard carbine/SBR instead in addition to my wonderful non-standard pistol (Steyr M40.) A carbine or SBR in 40 S&W with a collapsible stock would be the sweetest thing for tactical matches, plinking, and general home defense. I could go for the fake canned version with the full length plastic handguard. I also thought of how sweet the HK-93 variants would be if they used standard AR-15 mags. I'm sure it wouldn't be a huge stretch. So what think ye all? Vector will be offering this MP5 variant in 10mm and 357 Sig as well.

| It seems I heard whispers about this a month or two ago. One really couldn't go wrong in buying any of Vektor's HK clones, from what I've heard. I, myself, have had my eye on a V-91 for some time. You piqued my ineterest with the "accepting AR mags" comment. It made me think of this: http://www.hkpro.com/g41.htm I know it's not realistic, but we can all fantasize, can't we?!
