Need an 03A3 Receiver

I have been assembling an 03A3 for more than 2 yrs. since it has taken me that long to find all the parts.

I currently have a national ordnance receiver on it but want to swap it for a real 03A3 receiver. Thought I had a line on one but it fell through. I need to get on, does anyone have any ideas on where to get one that doesn't cost a fortune.
