You could try Springfield Sporters. I looked, but you might call to make sure they have what you need.

Numrich looks like they have it.

Thanks both of you . My daughters boyfriend showed up at the house today with his deer rifle . He had no clue as to what his 30-06 rifle was . Its a sporterized 03a3 . He like me doesnt know much about it . I know they are supposed to be quite accurate and I had toyed with the idea of getting one , but saw one at local gun show last month marked 895.00 . Kind of scared me . Thought I could buy something a tad newer for that. Thanks again for the help!

No new rifle will ever be more accurate than a 1903. I've tried quite a few and allways do my hunting with the o3. Just my 2 cents

treading thin ice....but the converted brazilian mausers would give an 03 a run for it's money....they are both 30-06, the 03 and 03A3 are very accurate, the first thought that came to mind when i shot this one was "wow, this rivals my mauser for accuracy". Maybe i can throw up a range report here soon with the Brazilian 08-34 versus the Remington 03-A3....oughtta be interesting in the least. and as for new rifles, you're right, i've only got 2 in mind that are close and maybe a lil more accurate, my Remington 7mm mag and my Remington 700 in 30-06. the 7mm is more accurate in the under 250yd range and the 30-06, well, i blew the neck out of a deer at 350yds, decently accurate for the low-power scope(9x), and my bad eyes.
