Thumbs up

Jesse...Just wanted you to know that I understand how those deals can sometimes take strange twists and turns. And as you wrote...the deal isn't valid unless both parties agree in writing and something of value is exchanged. That's all I needed to hear and can understand that things change easily and fast at times.

Obviously, either you or the prospective buyer weren't satisfied with something (like a previous contract which isn't easily transferable to a new owner) in the proposal or the deal would have progressed to completion.

So...I'll be glad to be a contributor to the forum's expense if/when you decide what is needed. :right:

Now that the deal's off for the time being...that obviously does not change the motives of why you felt you needed to sell G&G before. So...the best to you as you carry on with your new auction business ....and continue with administering G&G with a few tweaks, as necessary, to make your obligations work for you.

Ox.
