I'd seriously consider a stainless Marlin 1894 in .44 magnum :assult:

Don't know if I could find one for that but I'd seriously try to find a Remington Rand 1911. Failing that I'd go for a Colt or a Garand. Hell I don't know I'd just have to go to a show and drive myself crazy trying to decide.

Aww man, there's nothing that fits that budget exactly. Getting multiple guns for less would just lead to multiple guns for more.
