Thanks for the reply however I cannot attach a Magazine to an air rifle it is a single shot gun I also live in England this may make things more difficult as there could be a difference in the makes and models ect

ahh... England, eh?

...You're from England, you say? I thought only the stupidest of Americans were dumb enough to say "powerfuller".

-_-

...Go buy a new gun if you want something more powerful, unless your gun runs off of CO2, then go buy a new CO2 rig (try searching www.google.com for the name of your gun). You gave us nowhere near enough information to help you.

It would help (as phrogg pointed out) if you could mention the make and model of your rifle.

Perhaps you could tell us why you need the rifle to be more powerfullerer and devastatinger? Could be a case of "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." If so, the best you could do is to follow Ruger's advice and tape it to a Howitzer.

A stronger spring? shorten it and and stretch it, a better seal on the plunger? Beats me, I`d prolly go buy a better one. I want a Gamo air rifle, they do 1,000 foot per second and cost like 300 bucks here in my country. I would imagine if you tried to modify you air rifle you would ruin it. Ask about a re-conditioning kit maybe. Just as an aside, when Ruger suggested attaching it to a 7mm rem mag, he meant 7millimetre remington magnum as in a calibre, not mag as in magizine. You sound young maybe, just a bit of advice, you dont have to take it, but think you posts or what you wanna say anywhere really, through atleast once, there`s always some dick ready to jump on pedantic rot.

I would guess that the pressure would have to be increased, I'm afraid I don't know how though.

As for you spelling, I was gonna tease you but chose not to as I was afraid of offending someone. I'm sure phrogg was only kidding with you.

Life outside the net? Are you not also on the computer?

richy...welcome.

I would've been more than glad to offer some help but among the very many things I am ignorant about the air rifle is one of them.
