22-250 loads

looking at reloading my weatherby vanguard in 22-250 with a 1 in 14 twist
what are some loads
im want to reaload some nosler ballistic tip
but also want to look at putting larger projectiles in it 70gr 75gr bullets ive even heard of 80gr bullets in .224 size cartridges any help

What' the favourite allround calibre there in NZ? Is the 3006 used much?
