| $400? Yes indeed. You can get either a Romanian WASR in one of three calibers, or a Russian Saiga for much less and then cost of parts to convert to standard configuration.
$400 will buy a WASR, tax, a few mags, and a few boxes of ammo. They're generally in the $320-350 range.
