NRA ILA Tag Poll Question

National polsters now agree that Hillary Rodham Clinton is the leading contender to be elected President of the United States in 2008. To position herself for the nomination, she is now attempting to run away from her record and pretend to be a "moderate" on issues like gun control. Would you support the formation of a special NRA-ILA "Hillary Clinton Truth Squad" to make sure the American people hear the truth about Hillary Clinton's record between now and 2008?

I like yer avatar, Jerry.

It's very befitting of you...well deserved.

Now....as far as Hillary....we need the right wing chit diggers to get some good chit on her soon, LOL.

And, if that's telling the truth I say go fer it and gawd, I hope she doesn't pick Janet Reno as her running mate. Then, again, that might be a good thing, he he he he.

Actually, the thought that she might run bothers me.

I read some stuff on Walken's website, and though he has a few points, he seems way too globalist.

If it comes down to CLinton and Walken, i'm going with Walken.

otherwise, my vote is planted with Rice.

I concur on Rice. Wouldn't rule out other folks, but she's probably the best bet against Hildebeast.

Talking

If Walken is a tenth as flighty as he's portrayed, he'd be dangerous. A boon for the political cartoonists and comedians though. I still can't find his views on the rights of gun owners. Says he supports the military - that's a good sign.

I'm starting to warm up to the idea of my homeboy running - Viva JEB!!

Exactly my point. Political runners will say anything the public wants to hear. That's why it's hard to trust a hollywood type who suddenly decides to run for office. They don't have a record of how they voted. HWo knows what Walken's real beliefs are? He's been pretending to be things for so long, does he actually understand real-life issues? What are his views on guns? Gay marriage? Oil prices? The price of tea in China?

At least with Hitlery, we know her for what she truly is . . . a conniving snake of a woman who will do and say anything to get in office, then push her own evil agenda. I've read things by people who endured her reign of terror in the Whitehouse - staff and Secret Service people - and all hated her. She treated the 'little people' very badly. And to those of her ilk, we are all 'the little people'.
I'd vote for a skinned ape before I'd vote for Hillary Rodham Clinton. :cheer:

Talking Mr Walken is one of my favorite actors though

To: Friends, Family, and my fellow Americans
Subject: Get America Back On Track!

It's not too early to be thinking about the future of this country and who's going to lead it. Election after election we're given the "choice" between two unappealing candidates and have no choice but to vote for the one we dislike less. But now, that's about to change.

Stepping up to the forefront of politics is a new type of leader, motivated by his love for his country, not special interest groups. His distinct image and captivating voice you already know, and now it's your chance to make him the leader of the people, for the people, by the people. That's right... Christopher Walken is running for President.

Now, at this early stage of the campaign, is when the grass-roots voters like us can really influence the candidates we'll see in the elections. So take a few minutes to visit the Walken 2008 Home Page at http://www.walken2008.com, read about the man and his ideas, and send them a message of your support. This is how the system should work, and now's your chance to have your voice. Don't let it slip away!

Sincerely,
-A caring citizen

Question

Been there. Nary a word on his thoughts on firearms, hunting and the Shooting Sports.

it has also become popular with the left to say that they hate the war but support our troops

Billary now says she supports out military...that statement alone means nothing these days as half the people who use it, do not back it up with their actions...

Excuse me, but I think the military actually says Hillary doesn't support the military. And the feeling is mutual, too.
