Yes, I've got some on order. Frangible ammo in most pistol calibres as well as 7.62 & 5.56mm and 12 gage slugs & buckshot. Expensive for just plinking, some ranges such as Sig Academy use frangible bullets exclusively. The bullets shatter upon impact with anything hard. Most of it comes from the other end of your state, Sinterfire makes most of the bullets and ICC in Reynoldsville loads cartridges. Rodney Allhouse in Indiana Pa. (724-463-3911) sells smaller quanities of the ICC because ICC will only sell lots of 1000.
Frangible hollow points in .45 or 9mm are great for home defense in apartments where you want to terminate an intruder with no collateral damage.
In the early days of frangible bullets, we had a guy who was going to pop himself with his service pistol, as he put the pistol to the side of his head, a 7.62mm frangible bullet hit the pistol, causing him to lose his grip on it. He was in cuffs before he knew what happened. No injury to him, minimal damage to the pistol.
