| Considering that the Cali DOJ has determined the threaded barrel to be too deadly for it's subjects, the removal of the thread cap would most probably be illegal. Darned shame, that they make the manufacturer mess up a good gun. Of course, most epoxies (if that's what they used) will fail if exposed to high heat or freezing cold. :nod: Don't tell 'em I told ya. I'll deny it . . . ![]()

| Told me what?..... Thanks walther told me that if i send it in to them, they will remove it for me but then i'd have to have a barrel ready to go on it asap. |
