| Pistol Caliber Carbines Gents, Marlin made their Camp9 & Camp45 carbines a few years - I really like my Camp9. It handles a LOT like a Ruger 10/22, only a little heavier, and is a real killer with a Tasco red dot sight. They're discontinued, but if you find one at a gun show, it's worth a look. The 9mm version uses S&W Mod 59 mags, pretty sure the .45 uses GI 1911 mags. They did have a recoil buffer problem but you can get an aftermarket one that's better and fixes that. Wolff makes recoil springs so you can use lighter or heavier loads if you like to tinker. |

| Not yet. I just shipped my newly purchased but used model 995 to Beemiller for a thorough going over. I sent it out today for just over $9, including $1.25 in extra insurance to cover up to $200 in loss. |

| The sling swivels on mine are mounted on the right side, using the stock screws. Kind of backwards, and I haven't made any great effort to switch them yet.

| Exactly...it seemed backwards to me too, so I figured, I'm kinda retarded so I must be doing it wrong.
