Beretta .25 Jetfire

Anyone ever have one of these? My local shop has one for cheap and I thought it'd be fun. Is .25 as useless as everyone says?

A 25 will kill.....bullet placement is more critical.
Hardly useless. Big plus is concealability. Only plus actually.
Better to have your mouse gun in hand than your cannon left at home because its to uncomfortable to carry that day.
What is your idea of cheap?

Mark.....145 bucks. The thing is miniscule, which is why it's appealing.

If you decide to own a .25 ACP, then the Beretta Jetfire is the best one available. Buy it.

Beretta .25 Jetfire

I won a Beretta 950 that was made in 1952, it is a C&R pistol. The pistol is very well made, the trigger is excellent, the sights are functional. My wife carries it, when she has to make night deposits she feels more comfortable. Although the calibre leaves some gasping for more I've seen her shoot and I definitely would not want to be in her sights!! Here is a pic of the finely made firearm.

Check out the silver medallions in the grips, these are very sought after!!

Lethal 25?

Yes...a 25 will kill.
Of course larger caliber guns increase the odds. Makes up for the inability of the shooter as much as more stopping power.
My first choice for defense.....no.
The fact that larger calibers are available does not mean a 25 will not kill.

Finally went to the range with it. Alot of fun to shoot.
The slide will bite you're hand if you're not careful how you hold it.
One jam, no biggie. I was firing pretty rapid.
One .25acp round went through one wall of a detergent jug and rattled around inside from 50 ft without penetrating the other side. Not the most impressive penetrating power. But I guess that's why they call these belly guns.

That's what you need to load it with if you want to stop something. That or those blue thingamabobbers.

Can't go wrong with a 92fs...It's become my favorite pistol.
