| Amscor AK22 . Any good?
A local shop has these on sale for $199. I can't find any reviews on this gun. Does anyone have any feedback on the AK22 good or bad. Thanks.

I own one. I shot 500 rounds through it and did a through cleaning of it. I lost a spring in the process. My local smith is working on it right now. It shoots accurate but is made very cheaply. It looks very nice but if I could do it all over again I wouldnt buy one. Just my 2 cents. By the way I think im one of only three on this forum that has one. Mine has the folding stock. I paid 220.00 so your price is right.

I think they're ugly. An AK and a 10-22 are better looking to me. So I'm still waiting to hear of a reason that I like. But if looks are enough for you and you think it's a sound gun then go for it. Indeed I am an engineer.

Thanks for the advice. Looks like I'll invest my money into building up my 10/22.

UGLY! My 2 cents - too many nice .22 rifles out there to buy one of these things. Right call - fix up the 10/22. |
