does anyone have any info on this gun ,,,,plus were can i get a mag for it without spending $50 dollars on one

For parts, try Vic Havlin at Havlin Sales & Service - Mossberg Gun Parts. They are THE resource for Mossberg .22 rifle parts and accessories.
Also, check ebay - sometimes gun parts appear, and I've gotten good deals on Mossy stuff.

Check your local gunshops and gunshows too. I found two fifteen round magazines when I got my M152 about 12 years ago. Ten rounders are available. Usually run about $30 these days.
