| Registered User | On the Schulz & Larsen Yes, Schulz & Larsen produces very fine .22 match rifles. I just put one on lay-away for $279 before taxes ($300 includes the taxes). It is a bargain. If you look at the bottom of the barrel, you may have import markings showing the country of origin is indeed Denmark. Mine looks to be quite sound, but the stock is well used and I plan to refinish the stock. I have a used gun book and it claims this gun is worth over $520 in just plain old "good" condition. I got mine from Gander Mountain here in the Dayton, Ohio area. I could not pass it up as soon as I picked it up from the shelf. It has a very high quality micrometer adjustable rear sight and a globe front sight. I am anxious to get it out to the range, but it will probably have to wait until May or June 08 before I get it outdoors. Have fun with yours and let me know how it shoots for you. |
