| Joe, Welcome to G&G! We can usually give a good try at IDing old guns. Checking my copy of The Illustrated Encyclopedia Of Handguns by A.B. Zhuk, it appears to be one of the many Spanish pistols made in the early 20th Century, Based on the German Gecado Model 11/Reck SM11. There were various German models produced, and literally dozens of Spanish copies with different markings. The book indicates they are made of sintered-metal alloy frame, usually in 6.35MM (.25ACP) caliber. Basically, an early el cheapo pocket pistol. An interesting little keepsake if from a family member - I wouldn't rely on it for serious shooting.

| Did you remove the slide & check the barrel or inside of slide for markings? Anything on the bottom of the magazine?
