Does anyone have any info on the new speedmaster> It looks like the old one but is it as reliable. What does a new one cost is it competitive with the Ruger 1022? I was a big fan. Mine would shoot anything. You could mix brands and mix short, long, and long rifle and it would spit them out and never miss a beat. Jim

Jimkim I own an older model that has given me problems from useing remington ammo. I changed to federal and it quit jamming. If you buy one don't expect it to be accurate and I say this because of a lot of my family members have owned them too. There great looking little rifles, but if I had the money and was in the market for a semi-auto 22 rifle I personaly wouldn't buy the remington speed master. Lets see what others say though...A.H |
