muzzle brake for cz-52

Anybody ever use one and how do they work?

why would one be necessary in a small handgun like this?

I was just wondering because I saw them for sale at makarov.com and I'm still wondering.

it would reduce the muzzle flip some one thing you will find beneficial is to change out the firing pin and the a slide release.
