Quick Question!

So I was cleaning my .22 and on my first patch I have mostly black and gray and some VERY light teal stuff on it. But near the end I put another patch through and it was mostly teal. hmmm Bad signs?????????

Get a bore sight and take a look down the barrel and remember.
If in doubt take it to a gunsmith.

Sounds like copper fouling to me. Use a Brush with bore solvent several times and then Run some patches until clean .

Brush and clean and patch until it is shiny ! Then Inspect for corrosion/pitting.

Just copper fouling. Get a good copper cleaner and run it through the barrel. If the problem is occurring frequently, you may need to look into the cause.
