...about the Walther P38? Im looking into one, but I would like a few opinions and expeirience(s). What's the Mag capacity?

I had a WW2 Walther one that was great. It NEVER choked and was a joy to shoot and didn't even have that bad of a trigger pull, amazing for a double action...It is a single stick gun though...

I shot one that a range buddy has. Very nice, a natural pointer and decent accuracy. He said it has been totally reliable.
Prices on the later alloy-framed models are alright. You'll pay a lot more for a WWII steel-framed model.

The P-38/P-1 is a great system. Beretta copied the recoil and link system in their M951 as well as the Beretta M92. The P-38 is an 8 shot with a great trigger excellent sights and it will gain in value quickly. The P-1 is the same with an aluminium frame and a matte finish. These were Grenzetruppe (Border Guard) issue, mine is fun and a good defensive arm.
