Heres the link for it Otter. http://www.state.nd.us/ndhp/patch.html You'll see that you have to pay a small amount of money for them but it goes to a good cause and you also get a pamphlet with it that gives you the history of the NDHP and the story about the symbol on the patch. I myself got the regular size one. I think its well worth what you pay and like i said it goes to a good cause.

I agree, it is a good cause. I'm putting a check in the mail tomorrow, along with a Vermont State Police uniform patch.

I received my patches from North Dakota, the didn't keep the Vermont patch I sent them with the check, They sent it back to me.

Yesterday on my way through South Carolina I stopped at the weigh station and got a South Carolina State Police uniform patch, the trooper didn't collect patches, so I didn't have to part with one.

Yesterday I stopped at a weight station in Georgia and traded a Vermont Patch for Sheriff's Dept Heard County Georgia, Georgia Dept of Human Resources, & Georgia Dept of Transportation Enforcement, adding those to the list.

When I got home from this trip I found Illinois State Police uniform patches in the mail, the shoulder patch and the six pointed star worn over the left breast pocket.

I have Litchfield County Sheriffs Department patch. They will become rare as the convicted felon, the former Governor Rowland dissolved the Sheriffs' stating they were too corrupt!!!! I worked for the LCSD for 5 years when I was in school and just after. If you are interested please PM me
