Czech BRNO 98/22 specs?

Off hand does anyone know or know a website that has specs on the Czech BRNO 98/22? Like Accurate range/effective range, best type of ammo, history of the rifle or a place where I could date the rifle? I just like to know as much as possible about my rifles. Thanks.
