Blob hunting with the MV7

tommy your only one looks here regular. Took down this black blob 9-1-06 on me birthday (52 yrs)

I'm new to the winch business on the ATV's and it was a joke trying to figure out how to load him on front rack. Of course I forgot my snatch block and other stuff I should have had. You should invent something dopes like me could use to lift heavy items off the ground using their winches, tie it off and be able to drive underneath it again and lower it with the winch again. Yaaa I know it's called a block and tackle but then theirs no need for the $500.00 winch. Gotta use it in conjunction with the ATV winch.

Remember that big white cooler...well the blob be inside skinned and quartered. Was by myself and no way could I lift cooler on MV7 so I used the ladder.
That MV7 gets scary though with loads. The stepson came up while I was there with his big ole girlfriend. Put them on the back for total weight of almost 500 lbs. Her 10 year old kid was riding sidesaddle with me up front & told me kick it down. Well the MV7 reared up like a little bronco dropping the good ole girl off the back in the dust which was probably a good thing or it would have wheelied over completely.

When I drove the MV7 up ramp with the blob in the cooler it didn't feel right. Even with the weight up front I could tell too much gas and I'd be going over backwards. Obviously I'm way over the load limit and have no one to blame but myself.

My last ATV was the 6x6 and that thing was not tippy at all and rated for over 800 pounds cargo. But the MV7 did fine hauling alot of junk for the hunt. Working on a poor mans trailer for this fall instead of overloading the poor MV7. Will post pic's.

ok i drew this up really quik i got the idea from looking at how you had the ladder sitting there and the winch.now if you was to take a small section of ladder and make a cart with some wheels then put a snatch block t the top and some hooks so the ladder will hook to your front rack and wont move then you could run your winch cable through the snatch block and down the run of ladder and hook it to the small cart with your game or load on it . then you could ues your winch to pull your load up the ladder and onto your front rack.do you see where i.m going with this.http://img201.imageshack.us/img201/7641/1002600gu1.jpghttp://img154.imageshack.us/img154/1187/1002599jn0.jpg
