Traded a Ruger KP944DC with Crimson Trace Laser Grips and a Ruger P85 with a stainless slide with a regular Ruger Barrel and a blued slide with a Firedragon Match grade barrel for a NIB Sig Sauer P229 .357 sig and a 40 cal. S&W barrel for it. Took the Sig to the range today to try the .357 sig because the 40 S&W barrel is on order. Must say it sure felt a lot better in my hand than either Ruger and the trigger was a lot better. I would have to say the accuracy of the Sig and the Ruger KP944DC were about equal. But I had two Ruger 9mm's and couldn't pass this deal up. Basically there was no money exchanged on my part (Until I bought some CT Laser Grips for the Sig) and two other people got some pretty good pistols. Everybody should be happy

Well got the 40 cal barrel, and surprise, surprise. At twenty feet it has the same POI as the 357 Sig barrel.

Now I just traded my Ruger KP89DC for a FN Hi-Power. I'm just a trading fool!

Boy this Sig is a keeper. I am starting to approach the accuracy that I can get with my Dan Wesson Razorback 10mm. And this from a pistol with a barrel more than one inch shorter than the Razorback's 5".
