| Reload options. OK, guys. I've been gone for awhile, but I hope this question can be answered here. I know that trying to find ammo for my CETME is like pulling chicken teeth. So my question, is there any good reloads for that will work well? I have a friend who reloads, and he make ammo for his BM-59, and I'm sure he can for me also as long as I get the the brass, heads, powder, and primers. Any help is appreciated. Thanks. |

| Here ya go: http://www.gunandgame.com/forums/han...win-loads.html (safe 308 win. loads) Most reloading stuff gets put into the Ammo:Handloading forum. With the price of .308 jumping and my pocketbook not swelling with green, I may consider reloading for 7.62NATO when my supply runs low.

| I believe in shotgun news and other sources there will still be pulled bullets(147gr fmj if I,m right)and casings.Maybe someone with better info could help you as this isnt my line but I always thought a person could make up some low priced ammo for spray n pray practice or fun shooting.Good luck. samuel. |

| It's just standard .308/7.62X51 ammo and shouldn't be any problem finding components or dies for reloading. |

Be aware that the H&K / CETME is VERY hard on brass . And throws said brass into the next state . :-( I will only shoot military surplus in mine . ( Usually berdan primed and not user friendly to reload . ) I bought 2,000 rounds for Y2K and still have over a 1,000 rounds left . I save my good boxed primed brass for my other rifles . God bless Wyr | |
