japanese rifle chrysanthemum intact..but

This rifle was offered to me. What would a fair price for the rifle?

chrysanthemum is intact.

All work was done by a gunsmith
Barrel was shortened
Straight bolt was turned down
7.7 was converted to 30-06

I'd offer $75.00 site unseen. The chrysanthemum really only matters on an intact military rifle not a sporterized rifle. I'd have the headspace checked before firing it, and I'd definitely do a chamber cast to see if the bbl had been properly set back as well.

Being chopped into a sport-er the rifle has no true value,but what your willing to pay for it.
