Of my 7 semiauto pistols my fav is the Taurus PT92 so I am not a Taurus basher. I have not had to deal with Taurus cust service. However I have delt with S&W cust service and they paid shipping and repaired their pistol for free. I have heard that Taurus doesn't pay for shipping. Dunno if that is the case but if Taurus does not cover shipping then it is no free IMO. Free means free. Anybody know if Taurus pays shipping?
