Okay, an update to the Heinie/Trijicon H3 sight that popped-out at the range.
I contacted Sara Davis over at Heinie and she said to send in the sight to be repaired/replaced, but since I wasn't comfortable with removing the sight myself, I arranged with her to send the stripped-down slide and a check for $15 for return shipping.
Well, I sent it FedEx to arrive last Wednesday and it just arrived today, not 3 business days after they received it. Looks all-better now and I'm hoping I don't have the issue again, but I now know that if I do, Heinie Specialty Products, Inc. will make it right.
One issue I had was they sent it back packed in foam packing peanuts; I hate those things, they get everywhere. They also sent a catalog, an invoice, and a general warranty info sheet. I was kinda hopin' fer some Schwag, but I'm just happy to have my Glock 27 back in one piece again!
