New M1A Scout Squad.

Just got it and wow is it nice. That compensator makes a **** of a stability difference. 18 inch barrel is nice and loud. Normal ear plugs dont work with it. Compensator adds to that I think. failed to cycle twice in a box of 20. (breakin it in)
After 20 round the action felt alot smoother.

Dead on right out of the box too. Black finish and synthetic stock. No accesories yet. Waiting on reloading equiptment to shoot more ammo since 308 leaves a dent in the wallet.

Forgot to say the the trigger was so smooth I forgot it was 2 stage.

Howdy Geo,kinda new here.On the failure to cycle, did it fail up the feed ramp and do a nose up?Or did it do a pass by,bolt missed picking up the round?

Hey Ding, if you know what causes the feed-ramp jams (where the bolt jams the case against the feed ramp) or the pass-by's, please head over the the G3/CETME forums and help me out with my post there: http://www.gunandgame.com/forums/g3-...-hold-out.html (I couldn't hold out)
