It seems you have to have just the right prop speed etc. Iv'e had them jump a bit behind the boat but not like that. I don't know if they jump more during certain parts of the season or waht have you. I know a couple of guys who took the shot guns to them from the back of the boat, not quite as legal as the bow gig, but hey, they are Asian carp.

Looks like a fun day and some fine Bow shooting also.The first thought I had was I'd need a shotgun to connect.
