I own a 9mm 995 Hi Point carbine with the factory stock, and with the factory 10 round mags it will shoot as fast and and as often as you want with no problems.

PROMAG is the company that makes the 15 round mags, not Hi Point. They are aftermarket mags.

I bought 2 of the Promag mags, and they did nothing but jam. I sent them in and got 2 brand new replacement mags and they do the same thing. I have heard of people making them work, but have had no luck myself.

But the Hi Point factory 10 round mags are problem free. Fire all day with no problems.
