Or, whenever they do something with fire, they gotta get the Fire Inspection crew to make sure it is not dangerous and then have a fire crew ready to put out the flames, even when they are in an open field with dirt or in the middle of a 600-yard wide runway somewhere, heck, even when they caught the boat on fire (IT IS SITTING IN WATER, AND NO ONE IS ON IT), they had the fire crew waiting. I think it is all meant to sesationalize the situations.

| Registered User | I saw an episode of Guns and Ammo TV once where the Torture testers placed a firearm in a pool and fired a few rounds through it. It was determined there was a slight bit of barrel bulging was noticed. I vaguely remember, when I was in the Navy, reading a report on a newer design that was being implemented with some of the handguns that were being deployed by SpecOps to allow them to safely function after being totally submerged. I don't remember the details, I think it had something to do with the bushing design and such. |
