| Senior Member | as soon as i bought the amd 65 i put a 30 round mag in it and you have to be carefull when you take it out cause you will ding up the front hand grip . i think thats why it had a few dings in it . i think thats why it was designed for the 20 round mags lucky i had bought 5 or them a few years ago they fit perfect in there .now a drum would be ideal for the amd too! but something has to be done about the hand grip i just hope i don't mess it up.i have a dremmel tool .lol i'll start something tonight . |

| Senior Member | I didnt know about problems with the cetme until after I owned it. I paid to much money for it also, but on the other hand I have had no problems with it at all. I like the look of your saiga, how accurate is it? |

| I took 1000-2000 grit sandpaper to it for a while and then sealed it with boiled linseed oil. I do it to all my old mil surps, really cleans them up nice.

| I use 0000 steel wool a lot, especially to clean off the fine little dirt grains. I thought about tung oil, maybe I'll give it a shot.

| +1. Good addition. I'm hoping that in a few months, I'll have purchased and modded-out the AK-variant I want and be able to present it here for "judging". ![]()
